The UAE Financial Intelligence Unit took part in the INTERPOL Global Conference on Anti-Corruption and Asset Recovery in Abu Dhabi, contributing to the session on “The Role of the FIU and Central Authorities to Fight Corruption and Facilitate Asset Recovery.”
Discussions focused on mechanisms that promote international cooperation between FIUs, joint efforts with law enforcement in tackling corruption, and UAEFIU’s latest initiatives to enhance asset recovery and financial transparency.
